We will discuss the problems and explain thoroughly about what can be done to help. We will address your concerns with priority and have you on board with us during the decision making.
We are here to deliver information with transparency and discretion, which will give you the comfort and confidence in making your own choices regarding your dental health.
Our cleaning procedure include airflow system that will help to remove stains, especially those from coffee, tea, and red wine. The airflow system cleans most effectively by removing stains from the most crowded areas as compared to conventional cleaning method. For the staining which can be an early indication of decay or due to colour changes of enamel, there will be a requirement for other treatment mechanics to help reduce and remove the appearance of discolouration.
Remember we are here to keep your smile bright!
Prevention and Screening
As a privately owned dental practice, our dentists, Dr Koh and Dr Zhan, will spend adequate time with each patient to provide individualised care for patients of every age and stage of life.
Personalised Preventive Dentistry
While it might seem tempting to put off regular dental exams and cleans, these routine dental visits are the most affordable way to prevent dental emergencies and tooth loss. Digital dental x-rays assist our dentist in the early diagnosis of oral conditions that can progress quickly into more costly and complex problems.
Our preventive treatments include:
- Fluoride application – promotes remineralisation of tooth enamel for patients at risk of caries (decay).
- Fissure sealants – provide a non-invasive treatment to create a barrier preventing decay causing bacteria from resting in the grooves of your teeth.
- Mouthguards – prevent tooth and bone damage caused by sporting accidents.
- Nightguards – stop the damage and sensitivity common for patients with bruxism (teeth grinding) habits.
